The products on sale on www.revolver- requeen.com (hereinafter the "SITE") are sold and invoiced by Calzaturificio Baldan 88 Srl, with registered head office in Via Pampagnina, 1 - 30032, Fiesso d'Artico (Province of Venice), company registered with the Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Crafts and Agriculture of Venice Rovigo Delta Lagunare, registered under number REA 207836 in the register of companies, tax code 02154540286 and VAT number 02357750278.
For any information relating to orders, shipments of goods and, more generally, purchases, you can contact us as follows:
1.1 The contract stipulated between Calzaturificio Baldan 88 Srl (hereinafter "Calzaturificio Baldan 88") and the Customer (meaning the party, a natural person, who makes a Purchase on the Site not related to his commercial or professional activity) must be understood as concluded when the order has been accepted, even partially, by Calzaturificio Baldan 88. If the order is not accepted, CALZATURIFICIO BALDAN 88 must still give timely notice to the Customer.
1.2 By placing an order in accordance with the various procedures indicated, as in the order form on the Site (hereinafter "ORDER"), the Customer declares to have read the information provided during the purchase process and to have fully accepted these general conditions (hereinafter the "CONDITIONS").
1.3 These Conditions may be printed or saved on a durable support, taking into account the provisions of Article 12 of Legislative Decree no. 70/2003 and Article 51 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014.
2.1 The products sold by CALZATURIFICIO BALDAN 88 will be exclusively those on the Revolver Requeen Venexia Site at the time of the submission of the Order, as described in the respective information sheets.
2.2 In any case, the images accompanying a product information sheet are for informational purposes only and may not be perfectly representative of the characteristics of the product but differ, for example, in colour and size (one of the reasons is the browser and monitor used to access the site and view the images).
22.3 To place orders, customers must fill in the respective form on the site in its entirety and send it after carefully reading the conditions, as well as the characteristics of the product and / or products they intend to purchase. Likewise, customers must ask CALZATURIFICIO BALDAN 88, if they wish, to issue an invoice for the purchase, in accordance with Article 22 of Presidential Decree no. 633/1972.
2.4 The correct receipt of the Order is confirmed by CALZATURIFICIO BALDAN 88 in a response by e-mail, sent to the e-mail address provided by the Customer. This confirmation message summarizes the conditions of purchase, as required by applicable legislation, as well as the data included in the Order by the Customer, so that he/she can check them and, as the case may be, inform immediately about corrections to incorrect data.
3.1 The prices indicated on the Site include taxes, VAT, shipping costs for Italy and EU countries. For countries outside the EU, prices include taxes, VAT, shipping costs and customs duties where required.
3.2 The following payment procedures may be used:
(i) PayPal
Payment can be made by customers through the Paypal circuit following the specific procedures of that circuit.
(ii) Credit card (VISA, Mastercard and American Express)
Where goods are purchased using credit cards, the transaction can be made via the secure server Stripe.
Under no circumstances and in no phase of payment will CALZATURIFICIO BALDAN 88 be able to know the information relating to credit cards of customers, transferred via a secure connection directly to the site of the payment gateway that manages the transaction. These data are not stored in any data file of CALZATURIFICIO BALDAN 88 and, therefore, in no case CALZATURIFICIO BALDAN 88 can be held responsible for any fraudulent or improper abuse of credit cards by third parties at the time of payment.
4.1 The purchased products must be delivered to the address indicated in the Order within 72-96 hours from the acceptance of the Order by CALZATURIFICIO BALDAN 88, at the cost specifically indicated on the Site before sending the invoice. CALZATURIFICIO BALDAN 88 reserves the right to accept or not accept delivery requests outside the Italian or European borders. In any case, for deliveries outside the Italian borders, shipping costs and delivery times may be subject to changes.
4.2 The delivery times indicated by CALZATURIFICIO BALDAN 88 must be seen as an indicative guide. Any delays do not entitle customers to refuse delivery and to claim compensation or refund.
4.3 Upon delivery of a product, the Customer must check:
Any damage to the packaging and / or product or a mismatch in the number of packages or indications must be immediately noted and an observation to this effect must be made on the delivery document of the product to be returned to the carrier. Any problems regarding the physical intensity, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported within 14 days from delivery, following the procedures as in this document.
4.4 If the parcel cannot be delivered due to a lack of cooperation on the part of the customer (incorrect telephone number, incorrect address, etc..) the shipment may be returned to Italy at the expense of the customer (including any import charges charged upon return to Italy). These expenses will be deducted from any final refund.
5.1 Pursuant to Article 52 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014, customers may withdraw from the conditions and, consequently, from the purchase contract for any reason, without giving any reason and without penalty, within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receipt of the products.
5.2 In order to exercise their right of withdrawal as indicated in clause 5.1 above, Customers must, within the period indicated, send a notification to CALZATURIFICIO BALDAN 88 at the e-mail address customer-service@revolver-requeen.com, or send any other explicit statement of their decision to withdraw from the contract. If the right of withdrawal is exercised by e-mail, consumers will receive confirmation of receipt of the request they have exercised on a durable medium.
5.3 In case of withdrawal, Customers must return the products to CALZATURIFICIO BALDAN 88 within 14 (fourteen) days from collection to the following address: Calzaturificio Baldan 88 srl, Via Pampagnina, 1 - 30032 Fiesso d'Artico (VE ) Italy. The goods must be returned intact, complete in all their parts, with all labels and tags and original seals and in the original packaging (envelopes and packaging), having been stored and possibly used for the time strictly necessary to establish and verify the nature, characteristics and size, according to normal diligence, without any signs of wear or dirt, taking into account the conditions set out below:
5.4 CALZATURIFICIO BALDAN 88, notwithstanding to the provisions of clause 5.5 below, will refund customers the full amount already paid, net of any additional shipping costs under paragraph 2, Article 56 of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) as amended by Legislative Decree 21/14, within 14 (fourteen) days from withdrawal, through a procedure that reverses the amount charged, using the same means of payment used by the customer for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed upon. In any case, customers will not have to bear any costs as a result of such reimbursement. CALZATURIFICIO BALDAN 88 may suspend the refund until the goods have been received in a timely manner, complete in all their parts, with all labels, security tags, original seals and in the original packaging and only after checking the conditions of the returned product.
5.5 In any case, the Customers shall be responsible for reducing the value of the product resulting from handling the product in a manner other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product. CALZATURIFICIO BALDAN 88 can therefore deduct from the amount to reimburse to the Customer the amount resulting from this reduction in the value of the product or the total value of the product.
6.1 All products sold by CALZATURIFICIO BALDAN 88 are covered by a 24-month warranty for defects of conformity pursuant to Paragraph III of Legislative Decree 206/2005. To benefit from the warranty, customers must show the invoice or receipt of payment. During the aforementioned period of 24 (twenty-four) months, Customers may exercise the guarantee by reporting the defect in accordance with the provisions within and no later than 2 (two) months from discovering the defect.
6.2 The guarantee for defects in conformity applies on condition that the respective product has been used correctly, taking into account the intended use and the instructions for use and washing present and/or supplied with the product. The guarantee for defects does not apply to normal and standard wear and tear.
6.3 Wherever, for any reason, CALZATURIFICIO BALDAN 88 is unable to return to the Customer a product under guarantee (renewed or replaced), or where the replacement is, if only due to the value of the product, excessively expensive, CALZATURIFICIO BALDAN 88 can make an appropriate reduction in the price paid or refund the full amount paid with the termination of the contract.

8.1 All intellectual and industrial property rights of images, texts, photographs, software, videos, music or any intellectual property product on the Site (hereinafter, "Works") are owned by CALZATURIFICIO BALDAN 88 or by any licensees.
8.2 Among other things, Customers may not copy, download using a downloading device, reproduce, translate, modify, distribute, spread, communicate to the public, use in any way or form, in whole or in part, the Works, outside the activities strictly necessary for the use of the Site.
8.3 CALZATURIFICIO BALDAN 88 is the sole owner of the "Revolver Requeen Venexia" brand. Customers are prohibited from using this brand name in any form or manner.
8.4 CALZATURIFICIO BALDAN 88 is the sole owner of all intellectual and industrial property rights of the products sold on the Site. Customers are prohibited from violating, in any form or manner, the above rights of CALZATURIFICIO BALDAN 88.
9.1 The personal data collected at the time of placing the Order must be processed in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy and Cookies Policy.
10.1 The sales contract referred to in these Terms and Conditions and the respective services are governed by Italian law, with the disapproval of the conflict of law provisions and by the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. In resolving their respective disputes, the court of the local municipal area in which CALZATURIFICIO BALDAN 88 has its registered head office exercises jurisdiction (competent court in Venice).
