SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

All orders are shipped by means of UPS from Monday to Friday. All orders require signature on delivery. Once the goods have been shipped, it is no longer possible to change the delivery address. Any changes of address must be communicated by the customer directly to UPS by means of the website www.ups.com using the tracking number issued at the time of shipment of the goods. Shipping is provided with UPS Express Saver or UPS Standard services depending on the country of delivery.

TAXES

In all EU and non-EU countries, taxes and duties are included in the final price (DDP delivery).

DELIVERY TIME AND DELIVERY OF THE ORDER

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, from 9:00AM to 17:00PM (CET). Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be processed the following Tuesday. All transactions are verified and can be accepted or not by CALZATURIFICIO BALDAN 88. If the payment is refused, the customer will be notified by e-mail.

Orders are shipped within 2 working days since receiving the payment. When the order is processed and shipped, the delivery time is 3-4 working days.CALZATURIFICIO BALDAN 88 is not responsible for delays in shipments due to weather conditions, international customs problems or other circumstances beyond the control of CALZATURIFICIO BALDAN 88. INSURANCE AND PACKAGING

All parcels sent by CALZATURIFICIO BALDAN 88 are insured until delivery to the final customer. At the time of delivery by the Courier, the Customer is required to check:

• that the number of packages delivered corresponds to that indicated in the transport documents;
• that the packaging is intact, undamaged, not wet or altered in any way, and this also applies to sealants / adhesives (adhesive tape).

Any damage to the packaging and / or product or missing parcels or information must be reported immediately to the Courier. Once the delivery document has been signed without reservation, the customer cannot open any claim relating to the delivery parcel. If anomalies are detected, the customer must report them as soon as possible and keep the packaging for the necessary checks.

SHIPPING DOCUMENTS

As required by international import and export laws, all orders are shipped with an official invoice stating the total amount of the purchased goods. According to international laws the underestimation of articles and the declaration of such articles as a GIFT, is illegal.

RETURN POLICY

If something is not right, you have 14 calendar days to return what you purchased. We will refund you with the same method you used to pay within 14 days since receiving the request for withdrawal, provided that the goods have arrived at our warehouse and we have been able to check that everything corresponds to what was sent. Make sure all items are returned clean, unworn and with all their original safety tags, accessories and packaging. Any defective item can be returned. Any non-defective item that is not in a suitable condition for resale (i.e. used, washed, dirty or damaged) will not be refunded. Any non-defective item that miss the original security tags, accessories and packaging will not be refunded.

In case of defective or incorrect goods, we invite customers to contact customer-service@revolver-requeen.com immediately. Calzaturificio Baldan 88 reserves the right to request photographic support for defective or incorrect goods before authorizing a return for full refund. Security tags and labels must still be intact and attached to returned items.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF RETURN

• The shoes must be returned with their original boxes, labels, bags and packaging;
• Make sure you try on the shoes on a surface covered by carpet to protect the soles.
• The safety tag must still be intact and attached to all returned items. The items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way and must not show any sign of use. The soles of the shoes must be in perfect condition and must not be marked in any way.
• Items must be returned with all original tags still attached, packaging and other accessories (bags, cards, heel protectors, etc.) received with the order.
• Withdrawals for all returns authorised by Calzaturificio Baldan 88 must come from the same country as the original consignment.
• Calzaturificio Baldan 88 reserves the right to refuse returns sent by a courier other than that specified in the confirmation email.
• Calzaturificio Baldan 88 reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns and / or not sent in accordance with the return policy indicated on the website. In the event of unauthorized or non-standard returns, the goods will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order. Transport costs, taxes, charges and any other necessary expenses shall be borne by the Customer.
• For any matter not explicitly mentioned, the European legislation for distance selling prevails.

HOW TO RETURN

1. You can return purchased items within 14 calendar days from delivery by contacting Revolver Requeen at customer-service@revolver-requeen.com and explaining the reasons for the return.
2. Place the items you want to return in the original box with all accessories, security tags, labels, bags and anything else provided in the original shipment. Pack the items securely and insert the original invoice inside.
3. Attach the return label received by email on the parcel. If your return comes from a non-EU country you will receive all the required documents and the shipping label. Contact your local UPS to arrange collection or choose the nearest UPS Access Point.
