If you are interested in a pre-order item, you have to pay 50% deposit at the checkout. You have to pay the remaining amount only when the product is available. You will be notified by email. Then you will login to your account and click on payment button. You will find all details on your cart page.
Revolver Requeen gives you the opportunity to get the first look at our new shoes and to reserve and purchase these key pieces in your size. Pre-ordered items are not immediately available to be shipped out to you as they are still being created by our craftsmen. We provide you with estimated delivery times on the product page of your chosen item. Please note these are guidelines and we will update you once the order has been shipped.
The size list on the product page will specify whether your size is available to purchase or not. If an item is Out of Stock the size would be crossed and you won’t be able to end your purchase. Please be aware that if an item is in your Wishlist or in your Cart it can still be sold to another customer as it is not reserved.
Each order comes with a personal message and in our special Revolver Requeen box. It would be an amazing experience to unwrap our special box and discover your shoes. We can’t provide customized gift messages. We can’t provide customized gift wrap.
After you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation. This does not mean your order has been accepted. Once the details have been verified, your order will be accepted and the item will then be dispatched. You will receive a further email notification once your order is dispatched.

Your parcel is insured by Revolver Requeen during the time it is in transit and until it is delivered to your chosen delivery address. A signature is required for every delivery and it is at this point where the responsibility for the goods delivered is passed to the consignee.
Revolver Requeen delivers on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid). You do not have to pay additional duties or taxes. If you request a refund, you will be charged on taxes, duties and any other charge, if required.

We will refund you with the same method you used to pay within 14 days of receiving your request of return, after the returned goods arrived at our warehouse and we could verify the item(s). Make sure all items are returned clean, never worn and have all their original security tags, accessories and packaging. Any non-defective item that is not in a suitable condition for resale (i.e. used, washed, dirty or damaged) will not be refunded. Any non-defective item that miss the original security tags, accessories and packaging will not be refunded.
